What is the difference between Unstitched and Pret collections?
Unstitched collections come as fabric pieces with separate borders and embellishments for custom tailoring, while Pret refers to our Ready-to-Wear line, stitched according to our standard size chart.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged or incorrect. Please note that customized orders and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
